We used Bay Tek Coatings to replace a worn down concrete floor in a 2 car garage. The whole process from start to finish was incredibly professional with great service and high quality work.After contacting Brandon for a quote, he came out and showed samples and explained the whole process, as well as measured the space and tested the concrete for moisture. We then picked a color, and went for the Mount Everest shade. After that we scheduled the actual work in, which took place over two consecutive days due to needing to treat the concrete for moisture first.Dave and Grant did the actual work, and both were very respectful, clean, punctual and explained the whole process well. The job finished on time without complications, and we're super happy with our new floor.

It took me a year to call them for a quote. I should have not waited that long. Things went well from initial visit all the way to the end of the project. In my line of work three quotations are needed before you can decide which contractor to choose. This is a first for me, I didn’t bother to get a second or third quote because I felt comfortable talking to Heath. All of my questions were answered. He is very thorough on the things that we would expect.Our project was extended for a day due to a contaminant that was present on our floor. I was told that they need another day to address the issue. I was happy that he was honest about it. They did the right thing and did it the right way.
